The Role: Are you passionate about digital, data and sport? We’re looking for a Commercial and Digital Insights Executive to join our Business Intelligence team and help shape data-driven decisions across our marketing, commercial and wider business units. You’ll sit at the heart of our data operations, leveraging social media, PR and digital marketing data to deliver tangible insights and recommendations. This is a curious, analytical role where you'll help craft clear narratives that resonate with different stakeholders, turning complex metrics into compelling stories that drive sports and entertainment strategies.
- Social, PR & Digital Insight Development: You will analyse social, PR and digital data to uncover content, audience, industry and cultural insights using a range of social intelligence and analytics tools. You'll keep a pulse on emerging platform trends, audience behaviours and opportunities relevant to internal stakeholders, external partners and teams.
- Reporting & Visualisation: You will support Senior Insights Managers in partnership and team reporting, ensuring analytical quality, accuracy and consistency across all deliverables. Using data visualisation tools, you'll create compelling and easily digestible reports, dashboards and presentations to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Actionable Recommendations & Strategy: You will translate complex data into clear, actionable and commercially focused recommendations that support business growth and inform marketing strategies. By partnering closely with marketing, commercial and digital teams, you'll understand their objectives and provide vital data-driven support for their initiatives.
- Research Operations & Partners: You will manage and support day-to-day relationships with external insights and research agencies, overseeing timelines to ensure high-quality, efficient delivery across projects.
What we're looking for in you:
- Curious & Creative Mindset: You bring a passion for social media, digital insights and a keen interest in the fast-paced world of sports and entertainment, paired with a natural drive to uncover the stories behind the data.
- Analytical Foundation: You have foundational experience in social marketing analytics, digital analytics, or communications measurement (gained through industry experience, internships, or equivalent practical coursework), with a strong ability to analyse data, spot trends and perform calculations.
- Platform & Technical Proficiency: You are comfortable using social listening and measurement platforms such as Brandwatch, Emplifi, Blinkfire and Hookit. You also have strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Slides and Adobe, alongside a deep understanding of major social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and their performance metrics.
- Data Storyteller & Communicator: You possess a talent for building clear narratives from data and are eager to develop your skills in presenting insights. Your strong interpersonal skills allow you to communicate complex data clearly and build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Commercial Acumen: You have a solid grasp of how insights drive commercial relevance and business success, ensuring your findings directly support organisational growth and partner satisfaction.

This is a hybrid role and you'll be required to do 3 days a week in our Hammersmith London office.
