- Have experience of: Delivering engineering solutions for testing platforms, including knowledge of control and fluid conditioning systems. Developing test facilities and testing methodologies to a high standard (strong). Working successfully with a broad range of highly specialised stakeholders – Engineering Customers, Suppliers, Technicians & Programme Management.
- Hold these qualifications: Degree in a relevant engineering subject. Post graduate degree in engineering/project/business related subject (E.g. MSc, MBA) - preferable.
- We need this person to: Take overall responsibility for the performance of Test facility and those who work within it. Develop the control systems within the test facility and define the path to full automation. Define and support the conditioning systems requirements such that they mimic the track. Deliver testing solutions such that they meet the specification set by the customers – Product Engineering, Performance Engineering & Product Validation. Challenge the team to provide continuous improvement to the testing platforms, ensuring any hardware is being tested in an environment that simulates the track. Develop the best testing solutions and methodologies in line with ‘Right first time’ approach.

Uses information, insights and knowledge in a structured way to identify options, make recommendations and make accurate decisions.
