The Role

Are you a detail‑oriented professional ready to power the gateway to the world’s most innovative racing series? We are looking for an Accreditation Coordinator to join the Formula E team. This isn’t just an administrative role; it is a mission‑critical position where you will facilitate secure, seamless and efficient access for every stakeholder, from drivers and VIPs to local crews, at world‑class events across the globe. Reporting to the Accreditation Manager, you will be a core member of the team providing the administrative backbone and onsite implementation for our global operations, supporting the end‑to‑end delivery of the accreditation function.

  • Operational Excellence & System Command: From the day‑to‑day configuration of complex accreditation systems and stock management to raising purchase orders and producing data reports, you ensure the departmental functions are high‑performing and scalable.
  • On‑Site Leadership & Stakeholder Synergy: You are the pulse point for operations on the ground. You travel internationally to supervise the Accreditation Centre, managing local support teams and acting as the primary point of coordination for access control.
  • Quality Control & Strategic Administration: You are the champion of departmental operational integrity. You write and review project documentation for stakeholder groups across the business, verifying submissions and performing rigorous quality checks.

What we’re looking for in you:

  • Solid experience within the events sector, specifically understanding the nuances of accreditation and access management.
  • Tech‑savvy with proficiency in IT systems and Google Workspace, and a track record in data input and information management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills to manage complex documentation and catch discrepancies before they become onsite issues.
  • A natural team player with a can‑do mentality, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of global stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated and willing to travel extensively across multiple countries, with a genuine interest in motorsport a plus.
