Our team of hundreds of skilled experts keep Formula 1 moving. We’re on the lookout for an Senior Fan Engagement Manager – 12-month maternity cover. Reporting day to day to the Head of Fan Engagement, the main purpose of the role is to manage data growth, fan engagement and the F1 Fan program!
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Accountable for ‘F1 Unlocked’ acquisition strategy & plan across owned, earned, paid and partner channels and the execution of the planAccountable for ‘F1 Unlocked’ fan engagement membership program and reward strategy, planning content and campaign deliveryLead on data capture and enrichment opportunities to deepen understanding and knowledge of the fan base through engagement mechanics, Monterosa platform and partner data sourcesOversee the campaign delivery for F1 Unlocked weekly communications and improve performance backed up through analytics and insightsDrive the implementation and optimization of personalised, cross platform fan engagement journeysEnsure all contractual obligations are met across partnersTeam Management of a Marketing Manager and a Marketing ExecutiveAlignment with the product marketing team on comms strategies per audiencesWork effectively with creative teams and agencies as well as F1 data and product teamsWork closely with the product team to define and develop features for UnlockedWork collaboratively with other F1 teams through cross-functional projectsEnsure partner ambitions are aligned with F1 objectives
