We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our race promotion team at F1. This will involve relationship and account management of assigned events as well as helping to identify and deliver innovative fan engagement activities with our promoters. The Relationship Manager will provide strategic support to help build, maintain and grow existing relationships.

The role will involve working with the Relationship Management and Commercial Development functions within the Race Promotion Team, and internally with other F1 departments to help streamline communication, problem solve and grow fan engagement opportunities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain and grow relationships with promoters and stakeholders.
  • Manage assigned account relationships by being key point of contact for promoters and internal F1 departments to maximize delivery of each event.
  • Work with each promoter to find creative solutions to drive event delivery, development, and innovation.
  • Efficient communication with promoters and F1 internal teams through regular calls, status updates and face to face meetings leading to and supporting successful delivery of races.
  • Develop thorough understanding of local market and trends and be able to process full evaluation of promoter territories.
  • Close collaboration with Event Delivery and Events Teams to implement new on-site activities and support local sponsorship activations.
  • Generate comprehensive post event reports and ability to conduct analysis, suggest improvements and follow up with promoters to implement advancements.

  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in account and relationship management within live events or sport
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong commercial savvy mindset
  • Proven track record as a problem solver with solution focused mindset
