We are recruiting for a Project Manager for our Programme Management team who would be based at our Biggin Hill office. Do you have what it takes to be part of the world’s greatest sport and entertainment spectacle?

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the management of the assigned project(s) in line with the F1 PMO Methodology.
  2. Lead projects from initiation through to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  3. Develop project scope documents involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  4. Establish and manage direct responsibilities with all stakeholders as a point of contact for project performance updates.
  5. Manage project resource demand and capacity across all projects.
  6. Manage project risks and issues with clear mitigation plans and following an escalation process where needed.
  7. Establish and manage regular project review meetings covering cost, schedule, resources, RAID, and RAG statuses.

About You:

  1. 5 years experience as a Project Manager in delivering projects of various sizes and complexities.
  2. Prince 2 Practitioner certification.
  3. Experience with Waterfall methodology.
  4. Proficient in MS Project.
  5. Good understanding of Power BI.
  6. Resource, Risk, Change, and Stakeholder Management skills.
  7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Motorsport industry experience preferred.
