We are looking for a Digital Delivery Manager to join our Digital Technology Team at Formula 1. Reporting into the Lead Delivery Manager, this role will work closely with third‑party suppliers and internal stakeholders to plan and lead delivery of changes across F1 Digital platforms, ensuring delivery of a challenging technology and product roadmap.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

  • Lead projects and initiatives across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Support Business Manager to manage associated budgets.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered to high quality, detailed plans, within budget.
  • Provide clear communication and reporting (technical + non‑technical).
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies (RAID).
  • Coordinate and run project meetings and workshops.
  • Prioritise resources and deliveries with Product, Tech and Ops teams.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple third‑party suppliers.

Experience

  • Comfortable working in agile workflows.
  • Disciplined approach to delivery processes but can also work outside the box where required.
  • Delivered web and mobile projects.
  • Experience working in a multi‑partner outsourced environment.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with a sporting brand.
  • Experience in multi‑vendor environments.
  • Start‑up mentality.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge of project management tools like Smartsheet, MS Project.
  • Knowledge of Jira & Confluence.
  • Strong communication skills (tech + non‑tech).
  • Familiarity with cloud computing (Desirable).

Qualifications

You will need to have a current UK driving licence in this role. Not essential to be successful in the role but you may also have the following qualifications:

  • Degree level education or equivalent industry experience.
  • Project management certifications (e.g., Agile, Prince2).
