We are recruiting an IT Systems Manager for our IT Systems and Support team, based at our Media and Technology Centre in Biggin Hill. Do you have what it takes to be part of the worldβs greatest sport and entertainment spectacle?
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the IT Systems teams to support business operational effectiveness across all sites and units.
- Manage capacity and set expectations for projects, technical requests, and BAU within the team and wider business.
- Ensure IT Systems and Services are commissioned, maintained, and developed to meet current and future organizational needs.
- Liaise with all business areas to assess technical requirements and requests, ensuring operational needs are met.
- Implement, maintain, and test IT security in line with the IT Security team roadmap.
- Manage IT Projects, log progress, highlight issues or delays, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Review and maintain logged jobs to provide high-level service, follow up on calls, and ensure resolution.
- Manage Problems and perform root cause analysis within the Infrastructure.
- Manage IT SOX Controls, ensuring governance requirements are met with timely evidence.
- Ensure teams follow documented IT Processes and adhere to compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Architect to drive IT innovation, reviewing current technology and identifying improvements.

- Extensive IT experience in a corporate environment.
- Proven strategic leadership of a broad IT function.
- Experience leading and managing a diverse team with a contrasting leadership style.
- Positive approach to people management.
- Strategic and forward-thinking, with the ability to predict future organizational needs.
- Ability to cope under pressure, especially in live race scenarios.
- Current UK Driving License.
