We are looking for a Cargo Operations Coordinator to join our Freight team. Reporting into our Cargo Operations Manager this role will plan and coordinate the worldwide transportation of F1 freight.
Main Duties And Responsibilities- Coordinate the worldwide transportation and distribution of F1 equipment in accordance with applicable regulations and policies.
- Prepare and manage all required shipping documentation and customs declarations accurately and efficiently.
- Plan and manage aircraft loads in support of the air charter logistics operation.
- Support the chartering of aircraft to facilitate air charter operations.
- Liaise with logistics partners, service providers, and regulatory authorities as required, fostering and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with the company’s Known Consignor security programme and internal security policies.
- Contribute to the preparation of freight and sustainability reports.
- Maintain awareness of applicable freight legislation and advise on its implications, investigating compliant shipping options to meet operational targets across the company.
- Contribute to logistics planning and budget preparation.
- Monitor and report on work undertaken, providing regular updates to the Cargo Operations Manager.

You will need to have a current UK driving licence in this role. Not essential to be successful in the role but you may also have the following qualifications:
- Dangerous Goods Awareness
- Dangerous Goods packing and certification by air.
Prior to the role it would be essential that you:
- Have a logistics background with a focus towards air charter & event cargo.
- Be willing to work within a team environment.
- Desire to gain, share and implement acquired knowledge.
- Be able to work unsupervised.
Some desirable experience that you may bring to the role:
- Chartering of aircraft.
- Working under Known Consignor or Regulated Agent regulations.
Prior to the role it is essential that you demonstrate:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- MS Office suite applications.
- High computer literacy.
- Strong problem‑solving ability.
