Role Overview:
The Hospitality & Retail Marketing Manager is responsible for leading product marketing strategy, planning and execution across F1 Hospitality and Retail propositions. You will own the positioning, audience strategy, campaign planning, paid media, CRM, e-commerce marketing and reporting, working cross-functionally with Brand, Hospitality, Licensing teams and Partners to deliver premium and commercially effective campaigns and digital touchpoints.
You will work very closely with the Licensing marketing manager to integrate retail plans into the wider F1 & Fashion planning and with the hospitality team to ensure their growth plans are supported and resources aligned.
To be successful in the role, you have in-depth experience and sensitivity to luxury brands, with a strong appreciation for craftsmanship, storytelling and premium brand codes. You must demonstrate a proven ability to deliver successful digital marketing campaigns in a luxury environment, alongside an independent and proactive working style.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally with Brand, Hospitality, Licensing, legal and Agencies to ensure aligned execution.
- Own e-commerce campaign strategy and planning for Hospitality and Retail, driving continuous improvement through closer collaboration with Brand and Retail teams.
- Lead paid media and CRM campaigns for hospitality and retail products, from briefing through execution and optimisation.
- Own lifecycle journeys to improve up-sell and cross-sell strategies.
- Hospitality: Own product positioning and audience definition for F1 Hospitality propositions, ensuring clarity of value proposition across channels.
- Develop and maintain hospitality sales collateral, ensuring it is commercially effective and aligned with brand standards.
- Define and deliver digital estate content for Hospitality, in close collaboration with Hospitality teams.
- Work in collaboration with Hospitality and brand to support Partner’s activations.
- Act as a primary marketing contact for the hospitality team and coordinating with brand stakeholders.
- Retail: Act as primary e-commerce marketing contact for retail partners, coordinating with Licensing and Brand stakeholders.
- Deliver BAU e-commerce reporting, tracking campaign performance and surfacing actionable insights.

Experience:
- 5+ years in a marketing role – client side preferred – managing a hospitality or a luxury brand.
- Experience in producing premium sales collaterals.
- Experience in managing 3rd party partners (agency, licensing partners).
- Experience in managing main paid media channels: Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, influencer.
- Experience managing creative and media agencies.
- Experience in managing CRM journeys.
Some desirable experience that you may bring to the role:
- Prior experience with luxury and lifestyle brands.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or management is essential.
- Master’s degree in a business area is highly valued, but not essential.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Creative sensitivity for Luxury brands and experiences.
- Experience in managing cross-channel campaigns for Luxury and Lifestyle brands.
- Excellent Copywriting skills.
- Strong project planning skills.
- Strong commercial acumen to design sales plans and go to market strategies.
- Reporting: ability to analyse and report on campaign’s profitability and provide recommendations based on data to improve performance.
- Ability to effectively interact and communicate with a wide range of people and personalities, including our retail and hospitality partners.
- Good consideration for managing risk in a high paced delivery environment.
