Formroom is a multi-disciplinary award-winning design agency creating transformative environments for global retail, hospitality, and experiential brands. We are currently recruiting Interior Designers of all levels to join our creative studio. We’re looking for designers who are creatively confident, technically fluent, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative studio.
This role is ideal for someone with strong interior design and visualisation skills who can confidently contribute across concept development, technical design, and client communication. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working on commercial spaces – from initial pitch through to delivery.
ESSENTIAL Skills & Experience:- Proficient in Vectorworks for technical drawing and spatial planning
- Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Excel)
- Experience using Cinema 4D, ideally with Redshift for rendering
- Ability to produce accurate and engaging technical intent drawing packs
- Experience developing strong concepts and brand narratives for client presentations
- Confident in client-facing meetings, presenting ideas and receiving feedback
- Comfortable producing high-quality renders and visualisations
- Skilled in artworking, particularly for brand windows and detail packs
- Can produce loose sketch options (digitally or by hand) to explore early concepts
- Familiarity with Figma (used for internal presentations)
- Knowledge of digital sketching tools
- Understanding of Insight & Strategy in brand-led environments
- Graphic / branding design skills

You’ll also be involved in shaping concepts, storytelling, and helping to maintain Formroom's reputation for intelligent, innovative design.
