LDG Contracts – Senior Draughtsman
We are seeking a draughtsman who has experience within the aluminium window/curtain walling industry.
Only experienced candidates need apply.
The role is responsible for producing construction drawings, working closely with architects, and taking off using Logikal software.
Hours of work: 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday. Flexible within the week.
Key responsibilities
- Must have experience in tendering within the aluminium, windows, doors and curtain walling industry.
- Sound knowledge of construction and work closely with clients.
- Able to liaise with other team members.
- Demonstrate ability to work to deadlines & multiple projects including short tendering periods.
- Demonstrate awareness of prime build-up of costs for internal clarification/management.
- Identify and prioritise workload to achieve sales targets.

Skilled and Semi‑Skilled Window and Door Fabricators
Required preferably with aluminium experience. Positions are for long-established aluminium manufacturers.
Hourly rate £6.50 – £8 depending on experience. Full‑time posts and overtime may be available. Only conscientious and reliable people need apply.
Immediate start may consider part time as well.
