• Lead a dynamic portfolio of corporate tax clients, from M&A deals and due diligence to restructures, reorganisations, and succession planning.
• Be the trusted advisor clients rely on—building strong relationships and spotting opportunities for growth.
• Stay ahead of evolving legislation, delivering insights that drive compliance and innovation.
• Contribute strategically to business development, process improvements, and the future direction of our tax team.
• Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and beyond.
