Lead our Business Support team, driving HR, Finance, Marketing, and Compliance. Shape strategy, inspire growth, and make a real impact on the company’s success. What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategic Leadership: Manage and motivate a multi-disciplinary team, embedding a culture of excellence and innovation.
- HR Partnership: Work closely with Directors and external HR consultants to deliver strategic HR initiatives, support line managers, and champion our values.
- Finance Oversight: Supervise finance operations, monitor KPIs, and provide insightful reporting to the Senior Management Team.
- Marketing Direction: Collaborate with marketing consultants and guide the Marketing & Admin Assistant to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Client Experience: Ensure new client enquiries are handled promptly and professionally, supporting growth and client satisfaction.
- Facilities & Compliance: Maintain a premium front-of-house experience, manage building maintenance, health & safety, and regulatory compliance.
- IT Coordination: Oversee technology needs, liaise with external providers, and drive improvements to streamline processes.
- People Development: Conduct performance reviews, create growth plans, and foster continuous learning within the team.
- Special Projects: Lead strategic initiatives and projects as directed by the Board.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing central support or business services teams.
- HR knowledge (including basic employment law) and office administration expertise.
- Commercial acumen with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and make sound decisions.
