The Opportunity
MANUAL is a fast-growing Health‑tech scale‑up, building a platform that allows users to diagnose conditions, access treatment and receive ongoing support to live healthier lives. As Product Manager, Growth, you’ll lead initiatives that optimise the customer journey, test new monetisation strategies, and unlock revenue opportunities across multiple conditions and geographies. Working at the intersection of product, marketing, data, engineering and commercial teams, your work will directly influence growth strategy, customer acquisition and overall business performance. This is a high‑impact role with scope for significant responsibility, and is open to both mid‑level and senior candidates who are motivated to drive measurable results.
What You’ll Do
- Own and optimise the customer conversion funnel across channels and products.
- Design and execute experiments, including A/B tests, to improve conversion, upsell and pricing strategies.
- Develop and test pricing models, subscription plans and promotional strategies to maximise customer lifetime value.
- Analyse data to generate actionable insights, track key growth metrics and inform strategic decisions.
- Lead cross‑functional growth initiatives, collaborating closely with marketing, engineering, operations and commercial teams.
- Ensure a seamless and customer‑centric experience while balancing business goals.

Who you are
- 2+ years of product management experience, with a focus on growth, conversion optimisation or monetisation strategies.
- Experience in high‑growth digital businesses; healthtech or telehealth experience is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in experimentation design, A/B testing and interpreting quantitative data to drive decisions.
- Deep understanding of customer behaviour, acquisition funnels and monetisation strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence and align cross‑functional teams.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
