We are seeking an organised, proactive, and commercially focused Sales & Commercial Coordinator to support the continued growth of our UK operations. Working closely with the Sales Director, this role will play a key part in maintaining CRM accuracy, managing sales pipeline activity, supporting customer communication, and ensuring commercial opportunities are effectively tracked and progressed. The successful candidate will help drive commercial efficiency across the business through strong organisation, attention to detail, and consistent follow-up management.
This role would suit someone from a sales support, recruitment agency sales, account management, or commercial coordination background looking to develop a long-term career within sales and business development.
- CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain and manage the company CRM system ensuring all customer activity and opportunities are accurately recorded
- Monitor pipeline activity and support progression of commercial opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records, contact data, and commercial information
- Produce regular pipeline and sales activity reports for management review
- Support preparation of quotations, presentations, and commercial documentation
- Coordinate internal commercial documentation and approvals
- Assist with maintaining customer account information and records
- Support account management activities for existing UK customers
- Help maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up
- Support identification of potential growth opportunities within existing accounts
Previous experience within sales support, commercial coordination, recruitment agency sales, account management, or customer-focused commercial roles is required. Good Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint are essential, along with experience using CRM systems. Experience in the automotive, engineering, manufacturing, or service industry is preferred, as well as experience supporting sales or commercial teams and preparing quotations or commercial documentation.
