Permanent Contract with Formel D
Working Hours: 08.00am - 17.00pm
Formel D is the global service provider for the industry. We develop market-leading concepts, as well as individual and scalable solutions throughout the entire value chain of the production process, from the design phase, industrialization, production and after-sales.
We are looking for a confident and reliable Service Advisor to join our new Automotive Technical Centre based in Erdington, Birmingham. This customer-facing role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, is organised and can handle a fast-paced environment.
For you to be successful in this role you will be responsible for the below:
- Greeting customers and answering calls/queries
- Booking repairs for customers
- Keeping customer details up to date
- Liaising with Mechanics on a daily basis with admin tasks
- Taking payments
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist/admin or customer service role (Automotive/Dealership experience preferred)
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to arrange a busy diary/Work flow for multiple members of staff
- Clean UK/ or equivalent Driving Licence
- Own Vehicle
- RTW in the UK without restrictions (PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIPS)
