We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Food & Beverage to lead our diverse and vibrant food and beverage operations and create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire Food & Beverage operations for the resort, including the hotel restaurant, bar, spa and golf course dining.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of F&B professionals, ensuring excellent service standards and seamless guest experiences.
- Develop and implement innovative F&B strategies that align with the resorts brand, enhancing guest satisfaction and driving revenue.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability while maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage quality.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef, Hotel Management, and Marketing team to manage special events, and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Maintain and elevate the resorts F&B reputation through consistent guest feedback and proactive problem-solving.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Director of Food & Beverage or in a senior F&B management role, ideally within a quality resort, hotel, or similar high-end environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Exceptional financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
- A passion for hospitality with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of current F&B trends, sustainability practices, and high-end service delivery.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- A background in managing F&B operations in venues with diverse offerings (restaurant, bar, spa, golf course, etc.) is highly preferred.
