Our team is at the heart of everything we do. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will support the daily running of our Restaurant and Bar operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. You will lead by example, working alongside your team to uphold high service standards and create a welcoming environment for both guests and colleagues.
What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day service in the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Support, guide, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional hospitality.
- Step in to train new team members, ensuring our standards are consistently met.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and maintaining a well-presented service area.
- Ensure that health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
- Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to share feedback and implement improvements.
- Help handle guest queries or issues with professionalism and care.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior team member role in hospitality.
- A passion for food, drink, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- A team player with great communication and people skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Good organisation and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
