Formation Architects seek suitably qualified candidates to work in their London office on the delivery of major projects, consisting of multi-unit residential and mixed-use buildings, from Stage 3 onwards.
The qualifications for this position are as follows:
- 3 to 8 years’ experience post RIBA Part III or equivalent
- Experience of having run delivery packages
- Good working knowledge and experience of Building Regulations in England
- Relevant experience in the UK residential and mixed-use sectors
- Good Revit and AutoCAD skills
- Excellent technical knowledge of detailing
- Confident communicator: Good client and design team facing communication skills and the ability to run meetings
- Flexible and committed attitude to work
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Punctual and able to work on your own and as part of a team
- Able to organise and complete work to set deadlines
