Formation Architects are seeking to appoint a recently qualified Architect or Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join its High-end Design and Heritage team in London. Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following skills and levels of experience:
- Minimum 2 yearsβ experience
- Excellent designer in the high-end residential sector
- Planning experience
- Listed Building experience a bonus
- Relevant experience in the UK residential sector
- Strong technical knowledge at detailing stage
- Good working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Excellent AutoCAD skills, Revit skills beneficial
- Flexible and committed attitude to work
- Fluent in written and spoken English
