This position will be responsible for working in all aspects of our catering operations and kitchen production including:

  • Working alongside our Catering Manager to create a seamless execution of tasks
  • Preparing catering platters and creating an assortment of fresh salads, sandwiches and soups for a grab-n-go case
  • Assuring delivery orders arrive to the customer on time and with order accuracy 100% of the time
  • Managing walk in cooler organization and maintaining food safety standards
  • Keeping up to date on hand counts of inventory and communicating needs with the appropriate staff to order
  • Assisting in purchasing goods needed to execute all kitchen and catering orders
  • Office work focused around Google Suite, Vendor ordering platforms, Dispatch/Logistical Software, and company wide email communication

The most important requirements for success in this role are:

  • Demonstrated culinary skills with a minimum of 2 years experience in the field
  • Demonstrated office and computer skills (Google Suite)
  • Ability to work quickly and with limited direction
  • Capacity to work with a variety of personalities and strengthen the sense of camaraderie and teamwork
  • Creativity and a passion for food
  • ServSafe certification is a plus
  • Availability for at least one weekend shift and earlier evening hours are a must

COMPENSATION: This position is non-exempt hourly, varies DOE, $21-$25.
