Engage staff in utilizing Trusts Business Intelligence (BI) systems and Service Line Reporting to facilitate quicker, better-informed decisions.
Collaborate with the Executive team, managers, and clinicians to interpret BI data and encourage action based on insights. Develop and deliver complex statistical presentations to executive audiences, using SPC as appropriate. Promote high-quality data standards and propose enhancements to existing dashboards, designing new reports as needed.
Ensure data consistency across dashboards and reports, support user training, and foster an information-led culture within the organization. Manage the information analysis team through regular meetings, personal development plans, and performance appraisals. Lead the team in shifting from data processing to analysis and statistical processing, enhancing their skills in predictive analysis and benchmarking.
Coordinate with the Data Warehouse Manager to ensure BI systems support analytical needs.
