At Forma-Care, we work with the NHS to support continence care across acute and community settings, focusing on practical support, education, and service improvement. This is a field-based role across the South of England, currently focused on London and the South East. It involves regular travel and direct, on-site engagement with clinical teams. This is not a remote or home-based position.
The Role:
- Deliver training and education to nursing and care teams
- Support product trials, evaluations, and implementation into practice
- Provide on-site clinical support across hospitals, community services, and care homes
- Work in partnership with clinical teams to support improvements in continence care and appropriate product use
- Support implementation following contract awards and product conversions
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting in practice
- Act as a clinical point of contact for continence-related education and product use
- Build effective working relationships with clinical and procurement teams
- Work closely with internal sales and marketing colleagues, providing clinical input and insight from the field
What is Required:
- Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN
- Experience within continence care, community nursing, or a related clinical setting
- Continence experience desirable, though full training will be provided for the right candidate
- Confident delivering training and presentations in clinical environments
- Able to engage with ward and community teams and support change in practice
- Comfortable working independently, managing a territory and planning own workload
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility with clinicians and procurement teams
- Awareness of the NHS environment and ability to work alongside commercial teams appropriately
- Willing and able to travel regularly across the South of England
- Full UK driving licence
