We’re looking for a Talent Partner to join our Talent Management team on a 6-month contract. This is a hybrid role spanning Talent Acquisition and Performance Management, where you’ll play a critical role in supporting our growth and enhancing our people practices. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment while also contributing to the delivery and evolution of our performance frameworks, working closely with leaders across the business.
- Talent Acquisition: Own the full recruitment lifecycle across technical and non-technical roles. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer. Partner with hiring managers to provide a best-in-class hiring experience. Support employer branding, including writing compelling job adverts and promoting internal mobility.
- Performance Management: Support the rollout and continuous improvement of Form3’s annual Performance Management Framework. Drive forward the end-to-end performance cycle (goal setting, in-year reviews and continuous feedback). Partner with People Partners and business leaders on performance, feedback, and development initiatives. Use data and insights to track performance trends and inform decisions.
We’re looking for a Talent Management Partner to join our team on a 6-month contract, playing a key role across both Talent Acquisition and Performance Management. You’ll own end-to-end hiring (Tech, GTM), while supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of our performance framework.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally across both tech and non-tech roles.
- Experience hiring globally (e.g. Europe, US).
- Experience designing, implementing, or improving Performance Management frameworks, including goal setting (performance / development), review cycles and continuous feedback.
- Strong knowledge of talent and people tools (e.g. Greenhouse, LinkedIn, HRIS - Hibob).
- Proven ability to manage projects, with a track record of delivering People initiatives (e.g. PM cycles, framework rollouts) at pace.
- Exposure to broader Talent Management / People disciplines (e.g. development, rewards).
- Background in a high-growth start-up or scale-up environment.
INTERVIEW PROCESS: Stage One: Screening Call with the Hiring Manager. Stage Two: Case Study Interview with the Team. Stage Three: Executive Review. We always aim to stick to the above process; however, there may be occasions when an additional interview stage is required for us to be sure we are hiring the right person!
