This is a 6-month fixed-term contract focused on shaping and delivering high-impact new product opportunities at Form3. We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded leader to lead the identification, evaluation, and development of new product business cases. You’ll bring structure, pace, and commercial rigour to opportunity assessment, ensuring recommendations are data-driven, customer-led, and aligned to Form3’s strategic priorities.
- Identify and evaluate new product and market opportunities, with a focus on commercial impact.
- Lead the development of high-quality, data-driven business cases to support executive and board-level decision-making.
- Leverage internal and external market intelligence to validate opportunities and quantify commercial potential.
- Work closely with existing customers to test hypotheses and validate demand.
- Develop high-level delivery roadmaps in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
- Align stakeholders across Product, Commercial, Finance, and Leadership to drive clear, strategic outcomes.
We are looking for:
- You’re a strategic operator with strong commercial instincts and a bias for action.
- You’re comfortable working at pace in an ambiguous environment and have a proven ability to turn market insight into clear, compelling business cases that drive executive decisions.
- 10+ years’ experience in Product, Strategy, or Commercial roles.
- Proven track record of developing new product business cases and influencing investment decisions.
- Strong experience in payments and fintech, ideally with exposure to global account-to-account (A2A) payment schemes and infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to build high-quality, data-driven business cases for senior stakeholders and board-level audiences.
- Experience translating strategy into clear, high-level product roadmaps in partnership with Product and Engineering teams.
- Experience defining and shaping go-to-market approaches, including segmentation, positioning, and commercial models.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a clear strategic direction.
