Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Specialist supports the team responsible for driving demand generation and brand growth across all markets. This role is focused on executing marketing campaigns end-to-end, working closely with Customer Success and Product to support pipeline growth, customer marketing initiatives, and the continued development of the Form3 brand.
The Marketing Specialist is data-driven and excited to work across multiple marketing disciplines, with particular exposure to digital marketing. You’ll run campaigns, report on performance, and continually optimize to improve results.
- Campaign execution, reporting, and optimization
- Support the planning and execution of integrated campaigns (e.g., email, paid, organic social, partner, content, events)
- Build and manage campaign timelines, assets, and internal coordination
- Track performance, produce reporting dashboards/weekly updates, and share insights
- Use results to recommend and implement optimizations (targeting, messaging, channels, landing pages, creative, cadence)
- Social media and content distribution
- Create and schedule social media content (with a focus on LinkedIn; YouTube where applicable)
- Repurpose campaign and product content into short-form social posts
- Monitor engagement and recommend ways to improve performance and consistency
- Awards and brand programs
- Execute the awards program end-to-end (submissions, timelines, asset gathering, internal approvals, follow-up comms)
- Maintain an awards calendar and ensure deadlines are met
In addition to the above, this person will also support broader marketing operations, including internal communications, website updates, and event coordination. They’ll help ensure activity is well-communicated internally, digital content remains accurate and on-brand, and webinars and field events are executed smoothly from planning through to follow-up.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Essential
- 2–3 years of marketing experience (or equivalent), ideally in a start-up/scale-up or fast-paced environment
- Exposure to digital marketing and campaign execution
- Experience creating content for and/or managing LinkedIn; familiarity with YouTube is a plus
- Comfort working with data and reporting (funnel metrics, campaign KPIs, web and email performance)
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve productivity, content drafts, research, and ideation
- Desirable
- Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Experience with Google Ads (or other paid channels) and interest in paid media fundamentals
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), analytics (GA4), or social scheduling tools (e.g. Sprout Social)
- Basic understanding of SEO and website CMS workflows
THE TEAM
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll work closely with Customer Success, Product, and the wider Marketing and Commercial teams to drive demand generation, brand growth, and pipeline impact. This is a collaborative, cross-functional role requiring strong coordination, clear communication, and consistent execution across multiple initiatives.

HIRING LOCATIONS
We are able to accept applications from the following US states; Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina. All new joiners start their first day in our office to collect the equipment needed to work remotely. We’ll also arrange for some of your team to come in to say hi, ensuring you’re supported and have a positive first few days with Form3!
Travel: Occasional travel may be required.
