This is an exciting opportunity for a junior Business Analyst to join the UK Product team within Form3. This role will act as a product expert for both internal teams and external stakeholders, driving continuous improvement and providing clarity on Form3's full UK and Euro payments product suite.
With previous experience working within product development, you will be supporting Product Managers to make informed decisions, putting a real mark on the critical infrastructure powering real-time payments across the whole of the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate effectively across the FPS, BACS and SEPA product lines, working closely with UK and Euro Product Managers to support the end-to-end delivery of payments solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional Engineering teams across the UK, Europe and Platform to translate product vision into actionable requirements.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert on the full UK and Euro payments product suite, offering guidance and clarity to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Analyse the impact of product changes and enhancements quickly and effectively, shaping and documenting requirements to support continuous improvement.
- Take full ownership of certain tasks within the team, such as writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, creating functional specifications or analysing data.
- Develop a high-level understanding of the overall product line and underlying platform architecture to further inform decision-making and prioritisation.
Form3's Product team is a central function within the business, so we are looking for an ambitious and versatile Business Analyst who can act autonomously, whilst also working well as a key player within a wider team.
Requirements- 3-5 years' experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Proven ability in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria and creating functional specifications.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and presenting insights to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Sound understanding of the full product development lifecycle.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Working knowledge of BACS, FPS and SEPA payments.
- Prior experience working with API and cloud-based product offerings.
This role sits within the UK Product team, where the key focus is to build and run best-in-class payments services. It is a fast-paced, collaborative team, who are proud of Form3's market-leading UK product offering.

- Stage Four: Executive Review with the Chief Product Officer
