We're hiring: Ventures & Partnerships Associate (London)
Form1 is growing, and we're looking for someone to sit at the intersection of corporates and the most exciting B2B technology scale-ups in the market.
The role: you'll be the bridge between our corporate clients and the external innovation ecosystem. That means scouting emerging companies and technologies, shaping collaboration models (equity investment, co-development, joint projects, IP licensing), and managing partnerships through to delivery, with regular exposure to senior stakeholders on both sides.
Who we're looking for:
- 2 to 6 years' experience in corporate partnerships, consulting, corporate development, venturing, or a similar commercial role
- Experience in B2B or B2G environments, ideally in high-tech sectors with complex products such as defence, aerospace, engineering, or deep tech
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at senior level
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in technology, innovation, and start-ups
- Eligibility for UK security clearance
