FORM in Glasgow is seeking an experienced CRM Specialist to own the customer lifecycle marketing for a growing online health-tech organisation. The role is office-based with three to four days per week in the office, and you will work closely with marketing, creative and ecommerce teams to build personalised journeys that boost engagement, retention and customer lifetime value.
