This philosophy has been successfully proven across our mixed-use estates and commercial assets, driven by our Property Management team. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Building Host to deliver exceptional customer service and building support across a flagship cluster of Grade A mixed-use commercial buildings within Enterprise City, part of the wider St John’s regeneration project.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on an essential role within a growing business, acting as the face of the business and contributing to operational excellence. The successful candidate will maintain and enhance current service delivery; support delivery of the businesses team growth and benefit from clear progression opportunities as the company continues to expand.

Role Purpose

As a Building Host, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest services, ensuring all buildings are safe, compliant, and welcoming environments for customers and visitors. You will act as a brand ambassador for Form, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a collaborative approach in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front-of-House & Customer Service
    • Provide a professional and welcoming reception service for all occupiers and visitors
    • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
    • Manage visitor registration, access control, and security procedures
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and service requests efficiently
  • Occupier Experience & Engagement
    • Build positive relationships with occupiers and regularly engage to understand their needs
    • Support occupier events, wellbeing initiatives, and community activities within the building
    • Communicate updates on building services, maintenance, and events
    • Gather feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of the occupier experience
  • Facilities Coordination
    • Support the day-to-day operation of the building to ensure it is clean, safe, and fully functional
    • Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance by liaising with contractors and service providers
    • Monitor the standard of cleaning, security, and other services
    • Conduct regular walk-rounds to identify issues and ensure high presentation standards
  • Helpdesk & Administration
    • Manage facilities helpdesk requests, ensuring they are logged, tracked, and resolved within agreed timeframes
    • Maintain accurate records of building activities, incidents, and service requests
    • Assist with reporting on service performance and customer satisfaction
  • Health, Safety & Compliance
    • Support the implementation of health & safety policies and procedures
    • Report hazards, incidents, and near misses promptly
    • Assist with fire safety procedures, drills, and emergency preparedness
    • Ensure compliance documentation is up to date

About You

You will be a proactive and customer-focused professional with experience working in customer service, ideally within commercial or mixed-use environments. You will be able to work independently and autonomously using your initiative to deliver exceptional service to our building occupiers and visitors.

  • Fire Warden Training is desirable
