About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Founder’s Associate to work closely with Toby Hopkinson and Thomas Straker on multiple ventures, including All Things Butter, FORM Cookware, Donna Franca Olive Oil, and various restaurant projects . This is a unique opportunity to be at the centre of new fast-growing businesses, gaining hands-on experience across operations, strategy, marketing, and product development. You will act as a force multiplier, executing key projects, problem-solving, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with the founder on high-priority projects across multiple brands and businesses.
- Support in strategy execution, market research, and business development.
- Oversee operational tasks, ensuring projects stay on track and deadlines are met.
- Assist in marketing, branding, and content strategy for various businesses.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to drive execution.
- Analyze financial and operational data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Develop and implement systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks, from fundraising support to event planning.
