- Work directly with hoteliers, owners and operators from concept through to completion
- Present design concepts and represent the studio in client meetings
- Oversee programme, resourcing and quality across several projects at once
- Work closely with the studio's directors on growth and new opportunities
What you'll bring
- Strong experience in hospitality interior design, ideally luxury hotels
- A track record of dealing directly with hoteliers and operators
- Experience leading or mentoring a design team
- Fluent English (other European languages are a bonus)
- A confident, organised and calm approach to complex projects
What's on offer
