It is a significant launch, and you can help shape it.You will be EvaEsi's legal counsel through launch, on a retained or fractional basis: terms and policies, consumer and privacy questions, employment and contractor agreements, and the review that keeps our public material safe. You will work alongside our compliance lead and be the qualified legal voice in the room.What we look for## Qualifications.* A qualified solicitor with experience advising technology companies.* Give practical advice that moves work forward.* Comfortable acting as retained or fractional counsel to a growing company.* Write clearly and explain risk calmly.Bonus## Nice to have.* Consumer terms, privacy and UK data protection.* AI, software or subscription businesses.* Employment and contractor agreements.* Commercial contracts and vendor terms.Process## How the process runs.Each application is reviewed directly. Expect one or more conversations covering judgement, technical or craft depth, and the responsibility the role carries.
