The Opportunity

Contract: 12 Month FTC

Location: Dewsbury

To assist in control and manage the activities of the field engineering force to obtain maximum service volume and efficiency and to develop maximum potential income from all service. To assist in parts and hire customers for the company's products within that area.

The Impact you will have:

  • Assist with enquiries and telephone calls as required, including receiving and recording incoming customer service calls.
  • Plan and distribute service repairs to Forkway Engineers or to Sub-contractors as required.
  • Record Engineer's time sheets.
  • Ensure all service department paperwork and jobs are ready for invoicing.
  • Ensure all records are filed/scanned and maintained in an orderly and timely manner.
  • Assist in all other areas of the service administration operation.
