The Hire Coordinator is a cross functional role providing high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient organisation of processes primarily within STR (Short Term Rental) and Service Support areas of the business. Responsibilities include:
- Communicating with customers and colleagues professionally at all levels.
- Delivering information to the business when requested.
- Fulfilling all administration duties to assist the Company in achieving its ambitions and targets.
The Impact you will have:
- Ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved, and that all duties and obligations are met.
- Acting as a first line contact for STR customer calls, including receiving and recording incoming customer service calls.
- Assisting and communicating with the Service Team to update the Protean system in line with the specific hire or service.
