The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 ÂŁ per year.

As part of our Legal team, you’ll provide legal advice relating to anti-social behaviour and breach of tenancy, including drafting of notices and witness evidence, preparing court documentation, and representing at court.

What you’ll be doing:
- Providing oral and written advice to colleagues in relation to progression of cases.
- Preparing cases for court action including preparation of Section 21 notices, Notice of Seeking Possession, injunction applications, Proceedings for Possession, and general court applications.
- Collecting evidence and preparing witness statements and affidavits.
- Providing training to colleagues in law relating to housing or anti-social behaviour.
- Maintaining a sound understanding of legal sanctions available including the provisions of the Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003, Crime and Disorder Act 1998, Housing Act 1996, ASB Crime and Policing Act 2014, and other relevant legislation.
- Undertaking duties in accordance with S17 of the 1998 Crime and Disorder Act.

- Experience of writing and presenting reports.
