As part of our Rent and Service Charge team within our Finance function, you’ll provide a wide range of financial services in relation to leasehold and service charges, including monthly management reporting, performance reports, and budget production.

What you’ll be doing:
- Establishing and maintaining systems for budgeting and monitoring of service charges.
- Managing year-end processes to address surplus or deficits.
- Calculating and producing service charge statements and letters.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the management of variable and fixed service charge properties.
- Tracking actual performance against the approved budget, providing explanations for variances, and highlighting drivers for under or over performance.
- Reviewing processes and procedures and driving continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
- A part qualified or qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA Accountant.
- Experience in a similar role.
