As part of our Communities and Engagement team, you’ll design, develop, and deliver services and projects which enhance the wellbeing of customers. You’ll produce reports and collect, analyse and interpret data to present impact.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing general administrative support to the team, including managing inboxes, responding to queries and assigning tasks.
  • Liaising with other departments and external stakeholders regarding information sharing, performance data, and financial administration.
  • Supporting the delivery of the formal tenant engagement framework, including organising meetings, transport, taking minutes, collating reports, and being the first point of contact.
  • Raising purchase orders, making payments and keeping accurate records.
  • Collecting, analysing, interpreting, and presenting data to help us understand customer feedback and measure the impact of projects and initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with a range of customer, agencies, and the community.
  • Experience of gathering relevant data, producing reports, and making recommendations.
  • Excellent IT skills with experience using MS Office applications.
