Hours: 36 per week. Contract until 31/03/2026. 8 week rolling rota based on 4 shifts on, 4 shifts off.

Salary: £23,179.03 per annum

As part of ForFutures, our Housing Management Contract team, you’ll work alongside customers living in supported accommodation, ensuring a positive customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing on-site assurance and reactive support to customers in supported accommodation.
• Dealing with challenging behaviour from customers.
• Managing scheme “protocols”, such as visitor policies.
• Working within health and safety guidelines.
• Building checks and light domestic duties.
• Working within safeguarding guidelines.

What we’re looking for:

• Awareness of safeguarding.
• Confidence and assertiveness, with great communication skills.
• Awareness of homelessness legislation and practices.
• Ability to travel between sites.
