What you'll be doing:
- Ensuring design and improvement practices are clear and accessible for stakeholders, communicating complex methodologies in an engaging and understandable way.
- Using a range of change methodology and working with the business to input into definitions of desired business outcomes, opportunities, their contexts, and desired future state.
- Utilising Business Architecture methods including capability and value stream mapping.
- Understanding, analysing, and interpreting complex information to produce effective solutions.
- Collaborating with and influencing key stakeholders.
- Contributing to the creation and maintenance of the target operating model and identifying impacts on operational service.
- Leading and managing a team of Business Analysts.
What we're looking for:
- Management-level experience in a similar role.
- A relevant degree or improvement qualification such as Lean/Six Sigma green belt or higher, Business Architecture qualification, or Business Analysis qualification.
- Extensive experience of delivering large-scale improvement activity, and skills relevant to this.
