As part of our Neighbourhoods team, you’ll provide an effective service across a defined neighbourhood, developing and improving those services. You’ll deal with all aspects of letting properties, assist with community initiatives, develop local communications, and ensure any issues which arise in the neighbourhood are resolved.

What you’ll be doing:
- Signing up new tenants, undertaking new tenant visits, dealing with changes of tenancy, mutual exchanges, and conducting neighbourhood and scheme inspections.
- Managing low level ASB issues and neighbour disputes and managing instances of breach of tenancy
- Assisting with and delivering community initiatives.
- Developing local communication and providing information to customers.
- Taking ownership of neighbourhood issues, ensuring these are resolved directly or signposting customers whilst maintaining responsibility for outcome delivery.
- Contributing to the development, implementation, and delivery of Neighbourhood plans.
- Developing and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and external agencies to deliver customer-focussed solutions to neighbourhood issues.
- Providing a single point of contact for tenants and providing advice and support.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience of working in social housing would be ideal.
- Ideally working towards, or have, a relevant housing qualification.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship building skills.
