As part of our Assets team, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers in relation to Assets. You’ll work with colleagues across the team and have exposure to all aspects of Assets work including projects, investment works, adaptations, surveys, planned works, and retrofits.

What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as a client liaison between partners, contractors, consultants, and tenants.
- Updating the Planned Works database.
- Assisting in the development of the project briefs.
- Supporting Contract Administrators with arranging regular project meetings.
- Attending these and ensuring meetings are recorded.
- Commissioning satisfaction surveys with tenants, leaseholders, and stakeholders; and reporting results.
