Role Summary

At Forget Me Not, we won't stop until every family who is facing uncertainty or living with the death of a child has the support they need and deserve. This role supports this vision by assisting the Retail Cluster Manager, working flexibly across your assigned cluster.

As a Bank Assistant Shop Manager, you will support a dedicated RetailCluster Manager in the day-to-day operation of a group of shops within one of our retail clusters. Working flexibly across your assigned cluster, you'll help provide management cover, support volunteers and staff, drive sales, and ensure our shops continue to deliver an excellent customer experience.

We are currently recruiting for four Bank Assistant Shop Manager positions, with one role available in each of the following clusters:

Cluster 1 Pudsey, Dewsbury, Heckmondwike, Cleckheaton and Mirfield

Cluster 2 Royton, Hebden Bridge, Brighouse and King Cross

Cluster 3 Almondbury, Golcar, Holmfirth and Slaithwaite

Cluster 4 Manchester Road, Huddersfield Town Centre and Lindley

In this role, you will work across the shops within your designated cluster, providing support where it is needed most and helping your Cluster Manager oversee up to five stores. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and is passionate about making a difference in their local community.

As this role involves working across a number of shops, you will need a full, clean driving licence and access to a car for work purposes or be able to access all the shops in your cluster by public transport.

This role will involve weekend work so flexibility is essential
