Job Summary
Supply Chain Administrator providing comprehensive administrative support to the Supply Chain Customer Service and Delivery Team. Please note: this is a Fixed Term Contract for up to 18 months.
Key Objectives of the Role:
- Raise Requisitions and Purchase orders with Sub-Contractors for Out-sourced Production
- Goods Receipting completed works and booking orders back on to site
- Communication with Sub-Contractors
- Maintaining the sub-contractor monthly scorecards
- Invoice Reconciliation to enable payment
- Checking accuracy of documentation/requesting amendments as required.
- Scanning and filing documents for the Supply Chain Department
- Assist with adding Customer Orders onto the MRP system
- Assist with launching material into production to support customer demand
- Work to the companies documented management system
- Adherence to document processing and retention polices
- Assist with MRP data maintenance and general system housekeeping
- Comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental rules and any relevant regulations together with all Company policies and procedures
- Undertake other tasks within the scope of your expertise as required
The Applicant
- Good written, verbal and presentation skills
- Computer literate in Microsoft applications particularly Excel
- Works well within a fast pace demanding environment
- Able to work to tight deadlines, and focus on detail to ensure high levels of accuracy
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Able to elevate problems and issues quickly and constructively and solve problems
- Experience within an administration role
