Forged Solutions Group in Darley Dale is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead maintenance and reliability, owning CAPEX and the major maintenance programme, reporting to the Head of Operations. You will drive TPM, Autonomous Maintenance and Planned Maintenance, embed safety standards, and improve asset performance while managing engineers, technicians and apprentices in a days-based, on-site role.
