Overview
Our client close to Heathrow is looking for a Shift Supervisor. Role Purpose: As a Shift Supervisor, you will make sure the site runs smoothly and safely during your shift. You will lead the team, keep production on track, and follow all safety rules.
Responsibilities
- Lead the shift and keep the General Manager and Production Manager updated.
- Supervise the team and make sure production targets and quality standards are met.
- Monitor shift performance and look for ways to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Communicate clearly with other teams and complete full shift handovers.
- Fill out all paperwork correctly and on time.
- Help solve problems and prevent issues from happening again.
- Help with improvement projects to support company growth.
- Keep the working area clean and tidy.
Experience Needed
- Management or supervisory experience.
- Experience Working In The Waste Or Recycling Industry (preferred).
- Experience working with machinery, plant, or facility equipment.
Qualifications
- Good spoken and written English.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety.

Additional Information
