Our client is looking for a Purchasing/Procurement Assistant.
Requirements:
- Good English reading, writing & speaking
- Previous purchasing experience
- Ready to be part of a team and work closely with the purchasing manager
Main responsibilities:
- Supporting the purchasing manager with their role: speaking to customers & suppliers directly, dealing with customer orders, liaising with suppliers and placing orders
- Understanding the forecast of what is required to place orders
- Working directly with the warehouse team
- Managing stock levels
The hours are 7.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday with weekend cover at times once fully trained.
Salary based on previous experience.
