Due to busy demands, our well-known Nationwide Distribution client is looking for Class 1 Drivers for Trunking at their busy Depot, with immediate start. Shifts run 9 to 14 hours – minimum 8 hours guaranteed per shift. Afternoon and night shifts are available, as well as weekends.
To work you must hold a valid C+E licence for at least 12 months, with at least 3 continuous months of recent work showing on your Digi Card. You will receive a subsidised canteen on site.
Responsibilities- Complete collection and delivery of goods following company procedures (no hand‑balling, no multi‑drop).
- Ensure goods are safely secured and paperwork is in order.
- Follow company security procedures.
- Keep vehicle clean at all times.
- Undertake additional duties or assist other staff as reasonably requested by your manager or directors.
- Full UK C+E driving licence required.
- Smart appearance and good knowledge of English.
- Digital tachograph/card and IT knowledge/understanding required.
- Ability to apply knowledge and understanding to the job.
- Effective communication with the client and other staff in operations and warehouse departments.

- Mon‑Fri O/T (after 8 h) £25.25 ph
- Sat £23.52 ph
- Sat O/T (after 8 h) £25.25 ph
- Sun £27.25 ph
- Holiday paid on top weekly – all rates increase after 12 weeks of service.
