Responsibilities:
- Screening Cargo to DFT regulations using both X-ray and ETD.
- Shift rotated, involved with the aviation in & out warehouse cargo operation.
- FLT driving, loading and unloading air freight cargoes.
- Building-up and breakdown of cargoes in a safe manner within required timeframes.
- Handling freight, all sizes, imports & exports.
- Stock check, labelling and completing relevant shipping documentation.
- Ensuring on‑time departures and meeting service level agreements.

- Minimum 5+ years experience in an airfreight screening warehouse.
- Previous team leading or supervisory experience, great advantage.
- After lead hand experience in an air freight warehouse environment.
- FLT/Warehouse Driver with proven track record of experience.
- Customer, team and safety focused.
- Flexible with the ability to work under pressure and outdoor conditions.
- Team player, able to adapt and compatible to changes.
- Great interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Supportive and respectful.
- Safety, security and compliance.
Monthly rota contains following shifts: 12.00hrs-20.00hrs/14:00hrs-22:00hrs
Salary: £32,328.71 + £147.08 attendance a month. Shift pay after 1900 £1.03.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence.
- 5 years references to be provided.
- Valid driving licence - preferred.
- Upon successful appointment - DBS application to be applied.
